Could be wrong about this, but I think that you only get that message if you have 256 MB or less of RAM. With more RAM the VM will have to work a lot less to perform, I personally have never seen this, having 2 gigs of RAM, but like I said, could be wrong. :)

I was getting an error message that Windows Virtual Memory was too low, so I asked someone how to get rid of that. Thought I'd share the info in case anyone else had this same problem.

Start>Control Panel>System (note how many MB of RAM you have b/c you will need to double this number) >Click on the Advanced tab>Under Performance click settings>Then click advanced tab>Click change under the Virtual Memory section>Choose Custom Size> (this is where you double the amount of RAM you have) Double it in the initial box, then double it again and enter that number in the maximum box & hit Set.

Viola your done, shouldn't get any more annoying messages from Windows about virtual memory. Sorry its so lengthy but hope it helps. ;)
