Thanks Mayhem.  Actually I'm kind of glad they can't be gifted.  For some reason it just made me feel strange, like, I really think I would never use them.

If you prefer, ask him for her password and just have her account gift you the items you want.  I am very sorry to hear of your friend passing away.  May she RIP.

My friend recently passed away and her husband does not play, but she has over 300 gems and he wants to gift them to me, but I don't think that's possible. Am I right?
