Capt Morgan, sorry it took so long to answer.  I was moving and just got a chance to reply.  Pogo never mentioned they took my badge nor were not sending me my money.  I keep track of my badge count and one day it was 1 less.  I refuse to give them the satisfaction of me asking what happened to it.  I may as well use autos now to get badges since I know I will never be able to win any money on here ( I've never been on here to win money anyway)

the only problem ive had with comcast highspeed T3+ homenetworking internet connection is that the laptop dont always want to connect to the internet.  ive called the phone number and they couldnt help so they sent someone out.  it worked for a while but now im having the same problem again.  go figure.  but i do have to say one thing,  thats about the only problem that ive had which is a much better record than what ive had with yahoo or at&t plus from what i hear from others concerning msn or aol.

Quick question for sd1619
When pogo took away your badge did they mention anything about you should stop using autos?
Or is it like I suspect, pay those club dues and run autos so we do not have to pay you.
Thanks

Comcast also has a lot of resources on the net.

Make sure you get your password.  I've gotten a lot of help this way.

Thanks for your help!  I'm not a big fan of comcast so I try to avoid calling them whenever I can, but they told me to restore to a certain date and it took care of my problem.  I'm not sure why I didn't think of that.

I also had problems setting up the comcast internet. Just call them like Barbara said. It tool me and the comcast person almost an hour, but finally got it set up.

Hi, I'm having trouble with my comcast connection but didn't have them come out since I'm moving this week and will be switching ISP's.  When I start up my computer I get the following message:  "comcast reboot helper" and under it says "Please wait while the installation continues. If you have removed the CD, re-insert it now"
Does anyone know how to get this from popping up?  I tried putting the disk in but that doesn't help.  Thanks in advance for your help.
