So true. Even when I didn't like the things he said, I couldn't fault his rationale.  I never thought of him as a right-winger. He was a man who saw both sides of the issue and went with the side that we best for the American people, even when it didn't please the Republican party.

Rest in peace, indeed, Senator McCain. You served your country with integrity.  You will be missed.

I saw on the news tonight that he had decided to stop the chemo treatments.

And he must have known things were not looking good.
What he had is something that a few of our friends have had and it is awful.

Now he is resting in peace.
