I think the airport level in San Fran has a lot of cards and you ALWAYS win. I'm not sure if winning is required, but that's the one I go to when I need lots of cards.

Working on the Frosty Flight Badge where I have to remove 15,500 cards in 4 weeks.  Does anyone know which puzzles have the most cards so I can maximize the time I play?  Removing 20 at a time is going to take foreverrrrr.
