Question for those who might know:

Is ThunderPopper II a free upgrade from Stoppit?  The reason I ask is because I emailed Oscar about 5 days ago with proof of purchase of Stoppit, and requested reg codes for ThunderPoppit II.  I have not heard from him since, and was wondering if maybe it wasn't merely a free upgrade?
