I thought so, too, but several people have told me they never got the pop up but the badge was in their collection.

Sometimes those pop ups don't appear but it's still in your collection.

Actually I did get it, but I wasn't aware because I didn't get the pop-up.  It's there in my album, but the odd thing is that it is listed before the Poppit Bingo badge that was gifted today. Hmmm......
