Greetings Stinker and all you other PogoCheats,
You be correct and get to go to the head of the class.  I tried it with my dummy account and didn't get any Pogis after getting my badges.

As far as I know, you don't earn Pogis for non-challenge, in-game progress.

Pogo has added 1 new city, one extended stay city and 4 new badges in Jet Set Solitaire today.

These levels can be found in the Green Hills Venture World Tour pack. Only players who have progressed far enough to unlock these cities can play the new levels.
