I can't look it up right now but we have a thread for cheats tips and tricks and there's a list of where everything starts or has the most.

I like the game, so I don't mind at all. Oh and yes, playing the first course would be the fastest way to complete this.

Yes, it will, but it's not hard and I enjoy the game.  Do the first course if you want to do the easiest one.
