I think to get to those levels, you need to complete the levels that come prior to them.

There's an announcement on POGO's front page about Go Skywriting
Fly through 80 new challenge levels to win 12 new Badges in Anagrams!  I am confused about how to start or where to start winning the badges.  Will someone explain it to me?
