I will say even with power ups on 7 it was hard to complete.

Just click on the top-left icon to turn on construction mode. Then click on anything *not* in a cyclone.

I finally finished this one. Got lucky with level 7 .. only took a few games to finish it.

I got past level 6 on one account by getting close and then using the caramel flow to wipe out 3 columns of candy.  It got me the win.  Once.

Congrats on getting it done!

I only had time to give it a couple more tries and still nothing. I'm not giving up yet, as there is still 4 days to go.
