Go to:
http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.htm
Follow the instructions to the letter.
Copy the receipt into the message, don't attach it.
The first thing in your message should be your code.
If you have changed your email since you've bought the auto you need to tell them. They go by the email listed in the paypal receipt when you bought the auto.
Make sure you have badgehelp@aol.com white listed if you have a spam filter
