I did it on purpose.  Figured I could beat the Bot. The challenge is to win 4 games with a frozen pile.  Hope it help Pam.

And some aspects of the game do not show credit until the end of the game, win or lose. Such as red 3s.

Are your game settings set to not allow pick up of the pile? That Hass to be one of the selected settings... That the pile cannot be picked up. It's not enough to just freeze the pile manually, it Hass to be the game setting.
