Greetings M0m,
This video will show all of your Gem Transactions.  If you have been a long time member, it will take a few seconds to populate.  I used a "Dummy" account so there are no transactions on its profile.
Is that "FIVEHUNDRED_GEMS" a screen name?

I would go about this by contacting Pogo and asking them directly what is going on. They have a contact us under there community thing at the top of the page.

I have an odd problem with something called FIVEHUNDRED_GEM has taken 570 gems from my pogo gemaccount and the second time was just today. I had 0 gems, bought 270 on 3/4 and on 3/5 FIVEHUNDRED_GEM took all of them. I started a dispute on PayPal the first time and won and Pogo kicked me out and shutdown my account, they reinstated me yesterday. What the hell is going on?
