Hi,
I feel your pain.  You will need to remove "The Pogo Avatar" you are playing with.  Then add back in. 
Confusing Yes.  Why does Pogo make it so difficult.  BTW if you have completed all 120 levels.  Just remove that Avatar and go onto another room.

I think they mean the different shops. There is an icon at the left side of the home page where you upgrade all your shops.
