I wouldn't use one of these either. I think the cat was just fine though, most of the noise is just the machine banging in to the wall.

Thats terrible, i sure hope the kitties dint hurt themselves.   I have 2 in the house @ feed about 5 more outside every day.  I would not have something like this for cat. Just my opinion.
