Looks like POGO got most of the badges restored.  Heck with over 23,000 how can I tell if some are missing. Strange that it did not affect my second account.

Pogo is making progress. Before this problem arose I had 3 pages of Game Awards "Not Earned"...I now have 18...better than the 20 yesterday.
