I don't think so.  I think this is a glitchy thing with Pogo.  Yesterday, I got the above pics when I signed into Pogo.  Yesterday was the 14th but the pic says "Available 4/10".
Both my challenges were already completed when this appeared yesterday.  This morning, everything appears as completed.  Who knows?
