It works now. I think you have to activate this by going into the game itself. All is well.

It seems to me whenever there is a problem, it looks different depending on the player.  I received all my challenges the evening it was released, and can still look at my results, along with my progress in the other events.  There was also a button that took me here:

https://www.pogo.com/events/welcome-party

Mine says I am done, but I wonder if activations can be done from here.

Good luck, the challenges are very short once you get them.

I have no idea why that's happening with you.  You have 28 days or so to complete it so don't feel rushed.  Clean your system and reboot?  Worth a shot.

I received this challenge after playing one game of Solitaire Home Story.  I completed it on my main account and received 5 Badges and 25 GEMS yes 25 GEMS.
