in one of the piles, only put 7s.  Let the other three piles be for anything and everything other than 7's.  The moment you have 3-7s in a pile, you will get credit for LUCKY 7s.  Since there are only 4 7s in the deck and you need 3 for Lucky 7s, you should click on NEW GAME after getting credit for the Lucky 7s.  Good luck.
