this process does work...i recently had to reformat my computer and am in the process of getting new codes...im sending one at a time and Oscar has been responding to me in 24 hours or less...

All that is asked of you is a valid proof of purchase and the codes that are needed to accommodate you, sent to the proper place with a proper e-mail address to respond to.  It's not that difficult.  Please do not send them as an attachment.  This wouldn't have been an issue when you had to do a system restore had you written the codes down and saved them.
