And I have both of the autos and I thinbk stompzilla is the best for getting the eggs.  Yes it keeps the snitches away.

It doesn't look like this has been mentioned, so I'll add it.

Make sure you're using an e-mail address OTHER than AOL. AOL filters out Badgehelp e-mails as spam. I had that problem, so, here's a solution that should work, even if AOL wasn't the problem:

1. Sign up for a Hotmail or Yahoo account if you don't already have one
2. Add Badgehelp@aol.com and heypogopal@yahoo.com to your safe list
3. Go to your PayPal account history, copy your payment receipt page (the entire thing) and paste it into an e-mail to Badgehelp@aol.com
4. At the top of your e-mail, just say something to the effect of:
I purchased (whatever program), but I haven't received my codes yet. Can you please re-send them to this e-mail address? I paid for them via PayPal, using the e-mail address (whatever e-mail address is on your PayPal account)
5. Wait for your code

I've had to do this before because I used to use AOL, and I had my codes almost instantly.

Actually, I bought trouncer first, but will likely buy stomper now that I have my 36.  It plays below the radar, but get's you those eggs for levels.  Looks like a perfect addition for RR.

i actually bought em' both too but i only bought trouncer cause stompzilla is kinda   "dumb" and i upgraded to xp and trouncer wasn't avaiable on win.me and now i can use all the cheats ;D

Oh, really you only needed to buy one of them for $10, instead of both for $20.  But since you bought two, you need to provide codes for both programs.  And also you need to give them at least a day or two to answer your email.  Not sure when you sent the emails, but make sure you give them time to reply, and let us know when you get everything straightened out.

Goodness.  This is a little confusing.  

I'm just going to start at the beginning.

Go to  http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.htm  Read the instructions, and follow them exactly.

Some common problems:

1.  Don't attach your paypal receipt.  Cut and paste it into the message.  Oscar's email kicks out all attachments.

2.  Include the name and codes for both programs at the start of your message.  Any other comments should go at the end.

3.  The email address you listed when you made your payment is where the email gets sent.  If you are at another address, you need to let Oscar know that.  Or you might want to check if you entered your email address wrong when you bought the auto...

Hopefully these hints will help you out...
