I just installed it on my pc in less than 5 minutes. Apparently something in your proxy settings will not allow you to upgrade. You will have to read the installation notes for more info like they stated.

my comp wont install it, it says "The installer cannot proceed with the current proxy settings. Please check the installation notes for more informations." Can someone give me information so that i can install it, as of right now i can NOT play pogo unless i have this installed.
