Yes have tried the tips.  Even tried switching from VM to Java still no help.  It only picks up what opponent is doing.  Still doesnt show anything i am doing.  Just sits there.

I have been trying to get this aimer to work for some time now and all it does when I am in a room is show what the other person is doing when they are shooting and where ball will end up.  When I go to aim and shoot it doesn't do anything but sit there.   Am I doing something wrong?

I am using Windows XP sp2
w/ VM
pent 4 cpu(dual)3.20 GHz 3.19 GHz
512 MB Ram

If any other info is needed please let me know.   Any help would be appreciated. Thanx :-[
