I thought so too, but this file goes along with Microsoft SQL server.

I googled the file and it looks like there are some good resources to fix this problem.  You might have to dig out your "Office" CD.

Is there a site where I can find the missing file I need. When I start up my computer it says I need this file or reinstall because it has been tampered with. It is SQLEVIN70.RLL
