my fire wall is called zonealarm pro and its always worked with vm and sun

It may have something to do with your firewall...I had Mcafee, deleted it, and am now using Norton...works for me fine now. AOL always like to throw a monkeywrench in where they can >:D

If you use internet explorer, do the following:
1)Go into internet options
2)Go into advanced
3)Make sure you have sun java checked (If it's not, check the box)

If you use firefox, do the following
1)Go into Options
2)Click web features
3)Make sure java is enabled for firefox

vm doesnt want to work i uninstalled it downloaded it re-installed it and nothing and i am downloading sun right now

go to control panel > add remove programs.  Uninstall all instances of java.  Go to www.java.com and download the latest java.

last week my vm died and now my sun java doesnt work....... help...... please...... no java no pogo make me go something something >:D
