I got the same thing.  Here's the EXACT wording that they used.  You'd think that they'd have someone with a good grasp of English writing this alert...

still worked for me.... make sure your tokens are showing if they are not it seems like its not working, I had to log in a few rooms before it worked for me.

It did take them awhile but I got my last one and my wife got hers so were happy.  I was not going to let the glitch pass me by like it did for word jong.  I was scared of getting caught so I did 2 then the next day it was gone.  So very good lesson learned.

Tried running the spider glitch and now getting no progress towards ranks.
Could be pogo fixed it, will try again.
