ok so there is no way to send it to him then? and do u know if they are working to improve matchmaker anymore or are they gearing towards the newer games now?Thanks Homer

BadgeHelp won't see it if it's an attachment. Oscar probably has his email setup for text only which means the images would become attachments even if you did copy and paste them into the body of the message.

This may seem like a silly question but could some one tell me how to copy and paste a screenshot to mail to Badgehelp? I took 1 the other day to send to them, but think it was sent as attachment instead and Im pretty sure i read here once that Oscardoesnt open mail with attachments.
  It is a screenshot of perfect pair- it had stopped and didnt know what to do with playable cards.
