If you don't already have it you should be able to get a copy from the club center, located on this site.

Bring up your display properties by right-clicking over the desktop and selecting Properties or by opening the Display control panel.

Include your screen resolution and color quality from the Settings tab.

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better.

I have Windows XP
AOL is my browser
sun java
when i start it works but it just goes away after a while

I am not sure where to find out the screen resolution and what the color setting is. and i am not positive what #5 is about.
