What's your color setting?

Right click on your desktop and select properties.  Then go all the way to the right to settings.  Make sure your color is on 32 or 24 bit.

You can look up the 'smooth edges' setting in XP by bringing up the Display Properties (right-click over the desktop and select Properties or open Display in Control Panel). Select the Appearance tab and click the Effects pushbutton.

I suggest you make sure the 'smooth edges of fonts' setting is unchecked to eliminate font problems with autoplayers.

The first thing you should probably do is download MSVM and start using that

You probably need to switch over to MSVM rather than Sun.

XP Doesn't come with MSVM.  You have to download it..

Go here:

https://www.alibre.com/alibrelibraries/ftp/JavaVM/9xNT4/msjavx86.exe

restart your computer.  It should be there then.

Go to Tools/ Internet Options/ Advanced.  Scroll about halfway down, uncheck all of your Sun boxes and check all of your MSVM ones.  Restart your browser.
