.i cut copied and pasted it just like it said to do.  I've had to do it before, I'm not sure why it's taking so long.  Thank's for trying to help.  Still no code's

Make sure you are NOT sending an email attatchment, they go in the garbage.
You must PASTE your reciept inside the email itself.

Ok any advice for me????? I've been waiting for 2 1/2 months for my registration codes and i ree-mail my codes every other day.  I had already bought the programs and my computer crashed had to get new codes.  Can anyone help me??????  :'(

I bought every auto so I dont know how the new one fite in there so I am still trying to get all the reg codes for the ones not reg when they get close to going out like they said to.  thanks for the responses

try copy and pasting a copy of ur receipt to ur email, that may help. But being badge day and with the new release i would imagine they are getting alot of mail at this point. Hope all works out.

I still haven't gotten my codes yet!  It's been several hours.  The codes go to my hubby's mail cause he is the one that bought them as a gift for me.  He bought them all.  Now I need the one for the battle phlinx one I done run it out lol.  Do I need to send the codes we sent again?

Omg Someone Help Me Plzzzz!!!!  My Time Ran Out on My Bonus Check!  My hubby sent in the codes.  I just wanna know how long it takes to get a responce from someone.  I feel Lost without my autos. LOL Thanks For any Help.  Also I sent the Codes about 20 min ago. O0
