Usually, once you type in your name and password, it will take you to a screen advertising something for paypal. If you get to that page, just scroll down and there should be  button to go to your account. If you aren't getting in at all, you may be typing the wrong name or password, there should be a link to help you with either one of those.

I tried to buy a program tonight, I have a paypal account, but when I hit the login button it doesn't send me to log into my paypal account.  Is this a glitch?  Help? It won't let me submit my payment or email info because it says I have a paypal account under that email address.  I know lol.....
