ive never had to wait more than an hr for anything and the response is really fast, it helped that i have friends who were able to teach me everything about badgehelp so i wasnt totally lost when i started buying autos

I always get a good respond with getting a password back from badgehelper without a problem. I must say if it wasn't for badgehelper I wouldn't have gotten half of these new badges that have come out some of them stinky games that pogo came up with that they think people like to play.

I tottally agree with you debbie, i get excellent response from oscar from the time of sending off my reciepts untill the return with the codes is never more than five minutes, and i have the replies and times to prove it, i dont know off any other tech support that delivers within these time frames,
Full marks to you oscar there are people out here who appreciate what you do and the hard work you guys put in to make our lives easier,
Bill gates and pogo could learn a lot from these guys.

I bought my first auto a couple of weeks ago and got my code in like an hour.  AND it was the middle of the night.  AND then I had a problem and got another pronto response.

Of course two days later, long after the problem had been fixed, I discovered it was operator error to begin with...   :-[

AGREED!!

I have never waited more then 15-20 for my passwords!  If only other tech support was like this.  :)

I had to do a system recovery over the weekend and then re-register my autos. I received a response within 15 minutes. I don't understand why people complain about it taking days to get a response unless they are emailing the wrong person. I have always gotten very fast responses. I give theses guys that create programs alot of credit. They put up with complaints and BS and ungrateful people.

It's a shame the tech support for AO-HELL, Pogo, Microsoft, and Hewlett Packard isn't as fast, lol
