it's in cronilogical order of who logged in first as you log out the names move forward and if you log back in your name is last but before guest
correct me if I'm wrong

Yes, the person that has clicked the lastest appears first, and then it goes in order from there.

why does the names at the bottom on the home page, change around alot?
