The only other thing I can suggest is that you take a screenshot of what is happening and email it to badghelp@aol.com
That way the programmer might be able to see why you are having issues with it.
Make sure the screenshot is in .bmp format this is the only kind of file attachment BadgeHelp will accept.

I did what you suggested (worked the last time you told me what to do for the laptop) But this PB thing is driving me crazy(er). My shrink will be hearing about this. lol. 1) PB changes my resolution when I try to use it. Everything is so big can't even see all the game board. I close it down to get it back to normal. Now be patient, after all problems listed, I will give puter info ok.

Windows Xp home version
Reslution - 10240 x780
color - 32 bit
no smooth scrolling
Sun Java enabled - latest version.... JIT compiler disabled
IE 6
Like I said before, when I start the program... Nothing happnes. It just looks dumbfounded. And poor Bob is starving.

I used the eraser and re downloaded yet, had to reregistered it (THANK YOU OCAR)
It is still messing up, making pink squares, penguins eating Bob's lunch, and lil Bob standing there freezing his bum off.
I see alot of other people are having probs also, so I know it isn't my computer.
I have used IE - Netscape - Java VM - and of course it will not work with Sun Java. I have Windows XP ......
I still do not know what the problem is, I have download the trial version to my desktop computer and it messess up there also.
I use my laptop for Pogo ......
I will wait patiently and maybe someone will work the bugs out. I have other badges to work on in the meantime.
Speaking of which, I noticed that my Hog Pile will not start after a game is done, any ideas on that? Same computer specs as above.

I did that and now mines works finally!! yaaaaaaaaaay
I bought this auto a few weeks ago and it only worked for a couple of days then stopped working.
Works now though thankfully after i deleted the old one.
