They should have sent you an e-mail telling you that your account was ready to run out..just follow the links included in the mail they sent you

Yes janet is right.  I let mine expire without paying so the next day I just signed in and clicked on my account and payed to renew it another year. :)

You might try signing in again.  Use your same screen name and password and just open the account.  They keep all of your stuff in there under your old screen name and password.  If that doesn't work, go to the help section and do a search.  Other than that I really don't know. good luck  O0
