HI Barb:

Thanks for all your help. I have been so frustrated by this, that i have driven myself bonkers.  Many blonde moments for me tonight, that is for sure.

I went back and did a search on un-responsive programs, and the answer was right before my eyes, DUH

I thought it had something to do with my Norton Internet Security, and it would not let me add Space Vac as a program. Kept saying a rule was already created for it.

Low and behold, it was listed as Beta 1.  As soon as i blocked it, the program came up.

This is certainly one problem, i will remember how to resolve. LOL

Some of us ole folks, have to learn the hard way.

Hi Oscar:

I finally got Beta 1 version of Stellar working.  As was suggested, i got rid of it and downloaded the newest version, and saved it to my desktop.

When i click on it nothing happens.  I went to my Task Manager, and there it was, but does  not appear anywhere on my desktop.  I have tried to End Task, and that won't work either. I have to do a hard boot everytime.

Windows XP
IE6
VM JaVA
1280 X 1024
Smooth edges unchecked.

The program just won't respsond, at all.

I have blocked the file you suggested in my Norton Internet Security, 2005.

Where do i look now.  I am very hesitant, to purchase the program, until i get it up and running correctly.
