I would try again in 24 hrs. You have to realize these are real human beings that have to walk away from a computer every now and then. I have never had problems getting answers, they might not answer as quick as you like every time, but they do pretty well....Oscar will pay attention to this.....Give him time. If by chance you don't hear from him, try again in a few hours.     On another note, I heard a rumor Barbara took some time off! Could it be? Watch out, that keyboard is gettin' cold.....

what do you think i should do if i bought autos after a package and didnt know about the half off?  i sent oscar my receipts along with other codes for as many autos as i have bought extra but no response back....

If you ever bought a package, you get the two for one deal.  In the notes to seller box, you put your two codes for the programs you want.  I have never had a problem with this.

Well I picked out my two, paid for one, and in the message to the Seller box I put my two names, codes, and Returning Full package customer and within 5 minutes, I had my two games ready to go.  Thank you all for your quick response. i have one more question Barbara, i found what i was looking for and it refers to if you bought them all for 150.  i bought mine when it was still 125, does this offer still apply to me? and can i still take up this offer on autos that i purchased since i bought my full package...can i send in the code to a program that i dont have for each one of the full purchases that i made?

since when do you get an auto at half price if you bought a package.....i didnt know that...i have bought 1 or 2 since i bought my package and i didnt get them half price.....is there a way to fix that

BUT  u dont put the codes in for the ones u have alrdy purchase in the package u put 2 codes of the new games that u havent got ie: qwerty and stellar sweeper if there is only 1 game u have got then wait til another come out then u get the 2 new auto for the price of one
