Ok...so the badges have already been posted...but could someone tell me how to insert pictures into the text of a message anyhow?

Hi...I found some quack badges...wanted to post them here but can't figure out how...

I have them saved as jpeg and bit on my computer, so if anyone can tell me how to paste that in a message, i will share!
