This may sound really stupid...but, when you re-download the auto onto a new computer, you get a totally different registration code.  If you are trying to use your old codes from your old computer, that won't work.

Your new comp. is probably XP, so, we just need to know what browser, color settings, screen size and smooth fonts.  All of that information can be found by right clicking on your desk top and going to properties...

If you can supply that, perhaps someone can help.

I am so glad that you people on here help me--NOT, every single time I ask a question noone gives me the time of day, I have alot of autos and was just trying to see what I am doing wrong for none of them to work.
Geesh, you would think I was asking for a kidney or something. :(
