I saw on Pogo yesterday that there was some confusion with the challenge.

An underknock happens when your opponent knocks (ends the round), but your deadwood total is equal to or lower than theirs - even though you didn't knock yourself. You need to let that happen 25 times to complete the challenge.

Does that solve your issue? or is that not working for you?

I can't get the Jungle Gin challenge. I've tried numerous times. Not sure what I am doing wrong. This is the only challenge left for the Australian challenge. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
