We just had a tv ad during CBS local news that they are going to have an audition here in Sandy Eggo for the NEXT Survivor. I remember they had this same thing at Liberty Station in Point Loma in Jan last year.

Update for when Homer goes to audition for Survivor - just saw the ad again and the auditions are on Sat Jan 24 at the Sycuan Casino - starts at 8am.

Starts tonite and Jeff's blog had this tidbit - only posting the first part which had been seen in the ads because the rest had spoilers:

It sounds like the powers that be at Survivor have seen that the viewers want more than just the predictable and I am really looking forward to this season cuz had it not been for Bob's fake idols last year I would have fallen asleep during the show.
