The All Aboard Spectacular Showcase has started!

You can join the fun by taking on 48 new event challenges. The first 24 challenges unlock for free and completing them all in time will earn you two bonus badges. If you want to keep going and earn three more bonus badges, you can purchase and complete the remaining 24 challenges.

Challenges may be completed in any order you like. If you finish everything in time, you'll earn a total of 53 badges and lots of Pogis!

The All Aboard Spectacular Showcase ends at 11:59 pm on June 19th.

Are we able to carry over any of the first 24 challenges to the next Constellation which starts in in 35 Days?
Are we able to carry over any of the purchased 24 challenges to the next Constellation?

MY GUESS...not the first 24...but the purchased 24 yes?

The event goes through 6/19, so my guess is the first 24 are a NO.  You can save the purchased badges and their pogis for another constellation but you won't get the event completion badges. There are 2 after the first 24 and 3 for the purchased 24, for a total of 5.

According to POGO: 
While any Premium Challenges purchased during the event are yours to keep, the free Challenges can only be activated and completed during the event itself. Keep an eye on when the event ends so you can complete all the Challenges before time runs out.

I think I am going to get the other 24.  It's like a 40% off sale at 10 gems a piece.  I will probably not use those badges on this current constellation and will hold them, therefore, I won't get the completion badges (3).

Yeah you will miss out on 3 badges, but you'll be able to bank a decent amount of Pogis.
