need help getting code

i was regestering montu and i sent the code and got my password rather quickly but when it didnt work i realized i had gotten 2 of the letters backwards. I put xy instead of yx. I immediately sent a reply back stating my error and have since sent 3 more emails all with proof of purchase but am not getting a reply.What can i do.Thanks in advance for any and all help. And my vote given recent topics is that battle phlinx is a 2 out of 10 and thank the maker for badgehelps helper!!!
