HI im new to this forum but i have been using the autos for a while now ithe problem is i use the jigsaw verson 6.0 and after 3 puzzles  the timer freezes on 00. could any 1 help me please? :'(

That's a pogo issue .. has nothing to do with the auto.

You can try using msjvm and see if that helps any.
Nothing spoils a good story like the arrival of an eyewitness.
