Hello all, I'm new to this site and board and I would like to know what this program does. I tried it thinking it might get me that "36" badge but it told me to load it with my browser and I have no idea what that means.  Could someone please help me?
Thank you all.  And would someone please tell me if there is a place to find out what each program does.
