How do I keep the programs for re-creating the desktop icons and "BadgeHelp" directory every time I open them? I have a certain place for my cheats, and I would really like the extra junk to stay off my computer.

[edit] I just realized they appear in my start menu too. Please tell me how I can keep this from happening. Thanks!
