poppit auto trouble

i have the poppit auto but havent  used it in a while today i went to use it and tried several times  but it wont work it says something like   window not found ....ive never had this problem before plz help

The old auto won't work with the xmas stuff on poppit.

Mine works with the Winter Scene, just do not change the "Theme" to anything but "Classic".  I hope this helps?
