My Jig Saw Helper will not work correctly, it will do the frame, pull the drawer down and just sit there. I have dial up and have slowed it down and that does not help

Specs:

1) Operating system                      Windows XP SP2
2) Browser                                   IE 6
3) Color setting                             32
4) Screen resolution                       1024x768
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts     Unchecked
6) What Java you are using             MSVM

I have tried with JIT checked and unchecked
I DO WHAT MY RICE KRISPISES TELL ME TO
