I'm not Homer but maybe I can tell ya. Did you download the picture to your computer? After that use imageshack to host your picture. Go to your profile. Click on forum profile information. Scroll down to where it says signature. In the signature box you use tags like this.

Crap I keep getting the red X. You have to use tags like you do when you post a picture. Put the imageshack link address in between those two tags.Then click your change profile and you are done. Or you can have Homer put it in for you.
